By placing an order with imPRESS’D Custom Creations, you agree to our design, production, and communication policies. These guidelines ensure a smooth, respectful, and timely experience for both parties.
Design Deposit Terms
A $20 non-refundable design deposit is required to begin the creative process. This covers initial mockups, design time, and communication during the concept phase.
Revision Policy
Your order includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may incur a fee depending on complexity. Once a design is approved, no further changes can be made.
Production Timeline
Production begins after final design approval. Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days. Larger orders or specialty items may require additional time.
Shipping & Pickup
Local pickup is available in Cypress, TX. Shipping is offered nationwide, with rates calculated at checkout. imPRESS’D is not responsible for carrier delays.
Artwork & Inspiration Uploads
Please upload clear, high-quality images or inspiration photos. Low-resolution or copyrighted artwork may require redrawing or may not be eligible for use.
Custom Product Details
All custom items are made to order. Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences. Please review sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before ordering.
Returns & Exchanges
Because items are custom-made, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless there is an error on our part. If an issue arises, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Rush Orders & Fees
Rush services may be available depending on the project. Additional fees apply and must be paid before production begins.
